  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Additional charges apply.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Fleuvia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns & Return Shipping Costs

If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with our return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The estimated cost of returning an item is approximately €7–€15, depending on the customer’s location and chosen shipping carrier.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
